My hub inquiry:How to be more contributive team work and how to be more receptive to other's feedback.
Short term goals:
My hub inquiry is to be more contributive for the team and to be more receptive to other's feedback. And my short term goals for being more contributive is to listen to the work we need to do carefully so I can understand what we are doing. Then if I still don't understand what we need to work on I guess I gotta ask my teammate.
And my short term goals for being receptive is to follow the tips that the website is saying which are:stay eye contact and maintain open body language. Start with something small, easy like those open body language or something similar first I guess would be a good short term goal.
Medium term goals:
My medium term goals for my inquiry(Being contributive to team) is to ask for the things that I don't understand. And make sure what we need to work on first. So that I don't waste time on working on useless stuff. (PS:Also do different work with teammate as well. Because if two people are working on the same thing then both of them are not doing their best I guess unless the work they need to do is really complicated or whatever that need more people to work on.) basically in conclusion is that I need to work on the things that we need to work on. Not wasting time to work on useless things.
My medium term goals for receptive is to ask feedback for the things I do and maybe write reflection of it. So I can improve my self also I can know what I did well what I didn't.
Long term goals(What I wanna see by the end of the term):
Contributive:I am not expecting that I can be like the main person of a team but at least I need to do something for the team or partake the work.
Receptive:I hope that I can listen to peoples feedback. If I think it is wrong then at least finish listening. If that is useful then I wanna working on the things that the feedback says about me to improve my self. :D
